sepia Daphne
before and after

daphne

I was searching for a photo of Daphne to turn into a Sepia Scene, and liked the composition of this one. But in the editing process, I realized how much I liked her green eyes in the original, too.
What I really wanted to do was to edit her green eyes into the sepia image, but I'm not that technically advanced in the photo-enhancing department yet!
But I thought a before-and-after compare and contrast would be fun to present.
Enjoy!

  3. I quite like that effect, but you are right--it would be cool if you could leave those pretty green eyes in. I've seen tutorials on how to do that but couldn't tell where!

  6. I love the composition & form. It would be cool to keep her striking green eyes. Hope someone can help you figure that out.

  8. I like the sepia a lot but I really do think her eyes are so pretty in the first one. It would be cool to have sepia with green eyes.

  9. I do like the sepia effect, both by itself, and with the green eyes incorporated. A striking contrast.

  10. The sepia kitty looks almost as if she was a design woven into the carpet itself. She is a beauty, and her textural style seems to blend so well with the weave of the rug...

  12. Interesting contrast: modern and old-fashioned Daphne. ;-)

  13. Too bad you can't keep the green eyes and have the special effects.
