  17. Oh such happy news for Callie! A forever home is such a blessing. I would love to foster kitties too but too many pet rules here where I live keep me from doing it. So I volunteer to socialize kittens and adult cats at our local shelter...it helps them to trust humans and they get to learn some human/cat interaction skills before they go to their forever homes. It is the most joyous of times for me when I am there. I get to luvin' them so much though, and I get sad when it is time to leave. It feels like they are all looking at me and asking "hey why aren't you taking me home with you?". Just about breaks my heart.

Tybalt...I have a Tortie also. Her name is Boo aka: Miss Kitty! She is just the sweetest and calmest cat I have ever seen. She is almost two years old now. We adopted her at 8 months old. I have pictures posted on my blog of her under the "older posts" section. She looks so Halloweenie with all the orange and caramel she has in her black fur.

    Smiles,
    Kimmie
