Thirteen things my Daddy Mo calls me.
Other than just Chloe, that is.
1. Chloe-baloney. Because he says I'm silly.
2. Chloe-begonia-ey. I think this one was supposed to be Chloe-baloney but came out as begonia-ey, and it stuck. He says that begonias are one of his favorite flowers, and I'm such a colorful character, that it fits.
3. Wall. As in "You make a better wall than a window".
4. Honey. But he calls lots of people honey.
5. Sweetie pie. Have you seen him? He likes pie.
6. Speed bump. Hey, I'm putting my kitty obstacle course training into work -- besides, if I plop down in the line of foot traffic, sometimes I get petted.
7. Hey you. Usually he says this when he's in the shower
and I talk to him.
8. Step-child. Usually this is when I'm on the kitchen sink counter,
the only place I'm not supposed to be.
So I hear, "You'd better get down, Step-child."
9. Pretty Girl. At least he got this one right. Right?
10. Sister. He calls me this when he's spending some quality time with Daphne.
As in, "Hey there, Sister, let the Daffers get some lovin' for a change."
11. Chlo-Chlo. This is my snuggle name.
12. Monkey Girl. Because I sometimes try to be like my Circus Idol, Daisy, and do death-defying feats of derring-doo.
13. Sweet Pea. This is my favorite.
Because I know when my Daddy says "Sweet Pea"what he means is "I LOVE YOU"
