Little Isis, on top of a 6' tall book case. I have no idea how she got up there. I just happened to see movement out of the corner of my eye, and there she was, up with the 'supposedly out of reach' stuff, including a pair of small gargoyles.
She has an affinity for high places, and often sits on top of a tall filing cabinet at work, watching me.
Do the cats in your home like high places?

I LIVE for gettin ta high places. I can get ta the tops of ceiling-high bookcase, shelves, tall basement tools. I even got up on the roof of the house!

Gemini is our high up cat--when she wants to be. Cheysuli very seldom gets up high unless she wants to see out a window.
ReplyDeleteMom loves Gargoyles. She even has one in one of the aquariums. This is her dream Gargoyle:

Silly, NTM! There is nothing out of reach for a cat! Unless it is inside a drawer, cabinet or closet, nothing is sacred!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so nice there and she didn't break anything... so that's good.
ReplyDeleteI totally LOVE high places! Our kitchen cabinets are too high for me since the refrigerator is surrounded by cabinets and I cannot use that to jump from. So, I will sometimes stare up at the cabinets and cry for hours to get up there! Harley, he does not really care about being up high.
ReplyDeleteps: I have a gargoyle post planned for tomorrow!
Yup my kitties all levitate
ReplyDeleteThe highest place we go is the top shelf of our cat perch, which everyone knows is mine anyway. Mom says, 'cept for Misty we're all too fa ('scuse me Mom, I was going to say BIG and you're typing ahead of me!) (ahem) we're all too big to jump up on anything higher.

We luvs the high places, especially on top of the kitchen cabinets! The Mommy will have to post a pic of the teeny tiny space on top of one kitchen cabinet that some of us sometimes get into, it'll make everyone laff!
ReplyDeletePurrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
